Insight is headed by director and award winning TV cameraman Kristian Barrass.

Kristian has over 17 years media industry experience including the last 11 within TV as a leading lighting cameraman.

A 3 year staff position as cameraman/editor at ITV Yorkshire was followed by a 4 year contracted role as lighting cameraman at Sky Sports.

Kristian decided to become a freelance lighting cameraman in May 2003 and has since gone onto film for a wide variety of high profile prime-time TV programmes for all the main channels as well as commercial work for many leading corporate producers and blue-chip organisations from around the world.

It was whilst working on several TV property shows including the BBC’s Homes Under The Hammer, Property Prophets and Channel 5’s House Auction, that Kristian spotted the marketing potential of high quality video for the property industry.
